Heartland Mutual Insurance offers a variety of property casualty insurance products primarily designed to meet the needs of those residing in the State of Iowa particularly 26 counties from the center of the state to the Minnesota state line.

We offer dwelling fire & wind at actual cash value or replacement on homeowners, rentals, habitational units, farms, and large Ag Confinement Buildings. We also offer liability coverage through two companies - IMT out of Des Moines, Iowa and 1st Auto Casualty out of Madison Wisconsin. We do not cover large commercial property.
